Our Mission:

Our mission is to share our faith in music, song and testimony to inform and encourage people to experience a personal relationship with a loving God through His Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ. To achieve our mission, we use various avenues of outreach throughout the year.

Mission Outreaches:

Our Voices of Peace and Peace Church Gospel Fest in Hilbert, WI, is our biggest outreach as it draws thousands of people during the two-day event. It is family-oriented and FREE! Just bring a lawn chair, sit back and enjoy a wide variety of music and song. Fifteen to sixteen groups from all over the country attend and perform. Many are even on the charts. Free-will offerings are taken, which are then distributed to the participating bands to help defray their travel expenses. This venue gives young and old the opportunity to work together in a united effort to share in many areas of service.

Mission Outreaches Gospel Fest

Preparations are in progress for our next Annual Gospel Fest which is always held on the third Friday and Saturday of August. Ten thousand fliers are printed up and will be distributed to churches and businesses throughout the Fox Valley and Lakeshore. They are also handed out at our upcoming events to help promote the event in addition to several hundred mailings being sent out. This is a year-long planning event!

Alaska:

Once again, we are excited about our Alaskan Mission Trip. Thanks to all who have contributed to and supported our ministry; you have made this outreach possible. The areas of ministry are:  Rescue Mission, nursing homes, church services and concerts in various villages, the Native Tribal Hall and live radio broadcasts to the remote areas of Alaska and beyond.

Items that have been donated:

  • Hundreds of little wooden toys are handmade by an 80+ year old man from Iowa.
  • Fifty color boxes are made by a friend from Forest Junction, WI.
  • Fifty coloring books plus children’s clothes are donated by another friend from Forest Junction.
  • Large boxes of socks which are made at the Wigwam Sock Company in Sheboygan, WI.

Homeless Shelters:

Another one of our outreaches is to provide an inspiring message in word and song during the holiday season to those less fortunate who are staying in shelters. We have ministered at the Green Bay NEW Community Shelter and Father Carr’s Shelter in Oshkosh. We also provide the shelters with boxes of socks from the Wigwam Sock Company.

Church and Concert Ministries:

Our aim is to be an encouragement to the congregations and ministerial staff of many different denominations by leading worship and concert services. By doing so we are bringing hope to the down-trodden who may have become discouraged or have experienced loss in some matter during these difficult times.

Nursing Home Ministry:
Nursing Home Ministries

We provide sing-a-longs of many old-time hymns that are familiar to the residents at assisted living homes and nursing homes. We also include short devotionals during these visits. This provides a way for the residents to participate in a joyous time as depression is very prevalent in these homes due to lack of visitors.

CDs and Cookbooks:

Another mission outreach we promote is our many music CD’s as well as our “tried and true” cookbook. The CDs provide music that is uplifting, soothing, encouraging and comforting… all wrapped into one. The newest CD, “Gospel Favorites”, consists of 18 well-known hymns that many people can sing from memory, and our “All Is Well” CD has 15 songs. The cookbook “The Good News and Good Food” has food for the body and food for the soul. It contains 176 easy-to-prepare, tasty recipes as well as 36 devotions that relate to life’s everyday experiences. Check them all out on Our Music page.

So there are many facets of mission outreach. As you walk out the doors of this building, you are entering the Mission Field of a very needy world in which many are looking for answers. Those answers are found in none other than our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for He is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Most of all, pray for these ministries, for open doors, safe travels, and good health as we “press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:14)
